Nothing in this Program constitutes financial, legal, or business advice. You are solely responsible for all advertising decisions and financial outcomes.
Participation in this Program does not create any partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between you and Marketing for Bands.
The 33-day risk-free guarantee applies only to the Ads for Bands core course. It does not apply to any memberships including the Green Room, communities, coaching, VIP experiences, or done-for-you services.
The Ads for Bands program is designed for bands who are ready to take action and implement the system properly, and your purchase includes a 33-day risk-free guarantee structured in two stages.
This guarantee is offered in addition to, and does not limit, any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
You may request a full refund within 3 calendar days of your purchase date for any reason.
The day of purchase counts as Day 1, regardless of the time of purchase.
To request a refund under this stage of the guarantee, you must:
Submit your request in writing to [email protected]
Use the subject line: “Refund Request – Ads for Bands”
Submit the request no later than 11:59pm (your local time) on Day 3
Failure to submit your refund request within this 3-day period voids Stage 1 of the guarantee.
No proof of implementation is required during this initial 3-day period.
Upon issuance of any refund, access to the Program will be revoked immediately. If you have enrolled in the Green Room or any other promotional bonuses tied to your Ads for Bands purchase, all such access will also end immediately, and no refunds will be provided for those products.
After the initial 3-day period, the remaining 30-day performance-based guarantee applies only if the system is implemented correctly and in full.
The 30-day campaign period must begin within 3 days of purchase and be completed within 33 days of the purchase date.
If you follow the system properly and it completely fails to generate tracked ticket purchase activity, we will refund you.
You must:
Launch your campaign at least 30 days before your show date
Spend a minimum of $400 USD over a 30-day period
Use a Sales/Conversion campaign objective
Have the Meta pixel correctly installed and firing on the ticket confirmation page (after purchase)
Confirm your pixel is working and the purchase event specifically is firing correctly before you start running your ads
Follow the 30-Day Launch Plan exactly as taught
Follow the recommended campaign structure (no boosted posts, no engagement-only campaigns)
Test a minimum of two creatives using the course framework
Ensure creatives follow thumbnail and first 3–5 second hook best practices taught inside the program
Implement at least two optimisation decisions during the campaign
Use a legitimate live show with a valid ticket link and reasonable ticket pricing
Use high-quality live performance footage with clear audio
Failure to meet any of these requirements voids the performance-based guarantee.
“Purchasing activity” is defined as tracked ticket purchase events inside Meta Ads Manager during the 30-day campaign period.
If, after full implementation and $400+ in ad spend, your campaign generates zero tracked purchase events, you may request a refund under this guarantee.
If one or more tracked purchase events occur, the performance-based guarantee does not apply.
To request a refund under the performance-based guarantee, you must:
Submit your request in writing to [email protected]
Use the subject line: “Refund Request – Ads for Bands”
Submit the request no later than 33 days after the purchase date, after completing your 30-day campaign period.
You must either:
• Attend a live verification Zoom call and share your screen inside Meta Ads Manager, or
• Provide temporary read-only access to your Meta ad account for verification
Verification must be completed within 7 days of submitting your refund request.
If you are unwilling or unable to complete verification, the performance-based guarantee is void.
There are no refunds on the Green Room Membership under any circumstances. You may cancel at any time.
The discounted first month of the Green Room is a promotional bonus available only to active Ads for Bands students. If your Ads for Bands course purchase is refunded, all access to the course, calls, and community (including the Green Room) will end immediately, regardless of any remaining time in your current billing period.
Green Room Membership is billed every 28 days at the rate shown at checkout until cancelled. You may cancel at any time prior to the next billing date, and, provided you have not received a refund on your Ads for Bands course purchase, your access will continue until the end of the current paid period. There are no partial or pro-rated refunds for unused time.
